At VELNOX LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including: opened or used personal care and beauty products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@velnoxllc.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@velnoxllc.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
